Minimum Order Quantity The minimum order quantity is 1 box of cookies per transaction.
Order Process Orders are placed directly via our website. Customers can select their desired flavors, quantities, and provide delivery details before proceeding to payment.
Payments Payments must be made in full at the time of ordering via our online payment gateway (Razorpay). We do not offer a cash-on-delivery option.
Order Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 15 minutes of placing the order. After this time, cancellations will not be accepted.
Refunds Once the order has been processed and dispatched, we do not offer any refunds. For cancellation requests made within the 15-minute window, full refunds will be provided.
Warranties and Guarantees As cookies are perishable items, no warranties or guarantees are provided for the product. All sales are final after the 15-minute cancellation period.
Delivery Policy We work with third-party delivery partners to ensure your cookies reach you in a timely manner. While we strive for prompt delivery, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times.
